Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on coffee orders once they have been dispatched.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@fordays.coffee within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.
Subscriptions
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. We do not offer refunds on subscription orders that have already been processed and dispatched.
Lost parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch notification, get in touch and we'll investigate with the carrier.
